FAQs

How long will the photo shoot take?  Approximately one hour, give or take a few minutes.  Mini-sessions are 20 minutes.

Where will we meet for the photo shoot?  You pick the spot.  I'm good with anywhere in metro Atlanta or within an hour drive of Woodstock.  I am happy to recommend a location if you want to leave it up to me.

What should I wear?  Clothing in which you are comfortable.  Bright colors are fabulous.  Clothing without logos or cartoons are even better.  Whites aren't the best, but jeans and khakis are awesome.  As are dresses, skirts, tutus or any other clothes which reflect your personality.  There is absolutely no need to match the other members of your family because each person is an individual with his/her own personality.  Let's show off their uniqueness!

What should we do before the shoot?  Please have a normal day without a bunch of errands.  Well-rested children are so much happier in front of the camera.  So are adults, for that matter.  :)

What happens at the shoot?  We don't say cheese and we all have a blast together!  This is a scheduled no-stress time spot for everyone involved.  There will be some hand holding.  And some hugs.  There may even be some kissing.  And if kids are involved, then I'll be making them run and laugh!

Can we bring props?  I won't hold you back on this.  This photo shoot is about you, your family and what you hold close to your heart.  Is there a special blanket that your son drags everywhere?  Or an important stuffed animal that is kissed goodnight EVERY night with your daughter?  Bring them!  This is all about capturing this time in your life that you don't want to forget exactly how it looked and felt.

Do we have to bring props?  Of course not.  We can get along just fine without them, focusing on each individual being unique and having fun. 

How long will it take before I can see all the wonderful photographs?  In four business days, I will have the best images from our session posted in your own gallery at www.kelleywenzel.com.  Sneak peeks will appear on my facebook page.

Can I share the gallery with other family members for them to order prints?  Absolutely!

What happens if we need to reschedule?  It will happen.  We are at the mercy of our skies and if it pours buckets, we will need to reschedule for the next available date/time when we can meet up.  This includes illnesses.  I wouldn't dream of holding you to an appointment if you are sick and likewise, would expect you don't want me to share my germs.

Can you schedule shoots at different dates and times?  Of course, I will do everything possible to work with your schedule.
