This past month has been interesting.
I'm not a fan of doctors offices, but have spent quality hours in them between my initial treatment of bronchitis four weeks ago and again last week when my fever returned and I still couldn't breathe.
I'd like this first bout with bronchitis to be my last. It yielded two trips through a CT scan machine.
I'm still waiting on results from the second scan, but assuming that everything is fine since I like the saying, "No news is good news."
I've been on bed rest for the past week, per my doctor's orders. I likely would have not spent so much time horizontal had she not told me to be still.
Today, I am finally starting to feel almost normal again. My fever has stayed gone for the last 24 hours and I can breathe so much easier. Today will be my last day of laying low. I am looking forward to tomorrow and getting back to my normal routine.
I am excited to book new sessions. And extremely excited about the two weddings I have been asked to shoot this year. One is local at the Roswell Mill Club in the middle of May. There is a covered bridge within walking distance that I just love. You might remember when I was there before with Cassie and with Sylvie. The second wedding is in Colorado at the end of September. I LOVE the Rocky Mountains in the fall!
And now you have seen my kidneys. Perhaps when people say I have a glowing quality about it, it is coming from my kidneys. No?

Congrats on booking two weddings so far! Glad you're feeling better. Don't overdo it!!! Common mistake. Just sayin'.
ReplyDeleteOnly a true photographer would take her camera to the doctor's office. And take pictures of the CT machine. And her kidneys. So glad you're feeling better!!--but don't overdo it just yet!! Ramp up with BABY STEPS.
ReplyDeleteBut are you smiling in your kidneys?
